Jubin Pandey

Jubin is a Principal in the Portfolio Operations Group, based in New York.

Prior to joining Five Arrows in 2024, Jubin was the VP of Finance at Butterfly Network (NYSE: BFLY), where he built and led finance functions across FP&A, Investor Relations, Commercial and R&D Finance, Business Analytics and Systems. Previously, he was a Director of Strategic Finance at Accordion Partners, specialising in CFO advisory work for private equity portfolio companies. He also held the position of Associate Director at Getzler Henrich, focusing on restructuring and turnaround strategies for middle-market businesses.

He began his career in investment banking at Nomura followed by private equity at Warburg Pincus before transitioning to consulting and operational roles within the CFO office. Jubin has successfully operated in diverse environments, including PE/VC-backed and publicly listed companies, navigating scenarios from hyper-growth to cost control. His expertise includes scaling finance teams and processes, board and investor communication, aligning corporate strategy with financial outcomes, operational and financial reporting, cashflow forecasting and management, cost rationalisation and re-org strategies, fundraising and sell-side readiness.

Jubin holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management, an MBA in Finance from NMIMS University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Mumbai University. He is also a CFA charterholder.
