George Thomas

George is a Director in the Portfolio Operations Group, based in London.

Prior to joining Five Arrows in 2025, George was CRO and COO of Xeneta, a logistics tech scaleup. Previously he was an investor at Smedvig Capital and a consultant at Monitor Group.

George holds a Bachelor’s in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford.
