Alessandro Mazza

Alessandro is Head of Debt Capital Markets, based in London.

Prior to joining Five Arrows in 2025, he was a Managing Director at Hudson Advisors, the asset manager to Lone Star Funds. Previously, Alessandro worked at Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley and Jefferies, holding a number of roles within the leveraged finance origination, derivative solutions, financial sponsor coverage and leveraged finance syndicate teams.

Alessandro holds a BSc in Economics and Management from the University of Turin, Italy, and a Diplôme Grande École in International Management from ESCP Business School, Paris.
